As a Compliance Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our client’s operations and reputation by ensuring adherence to critical compliance obligations. Your expertise will directly impact the integrity of our client’s products and services, driving strategic initiatives that foster trust and uphold the highest standards of regulatory excellence. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage advanced compliance knowledge to lead complex, cross-functional programs. What You’ll Do
Strategically identify, organize, and drive program activities and stakeholders to deliver compliance, operational, and technical improvements. Translate complex compliance goals into clear, measurable objectives and milestones, defining the appropriate level of program management for each initiative. Independently determine program phasing and metrics to ensure continuous improvement, including optimizing resource stewardship and tracking progress through dashboards. Manage all phases of internal and external audits, including mandated program assessments, and lead the remediation process to successful completion. Provide expert compliance guidance to product, engineering, and legal teams, proactively identifying and addressing control deficiencies. Design and deliver comprehensive program communication plans, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on progress, rationale for pivots, and key outcomes. Define, drive, and own program charters across multiple teams, outlining scope, timelines, OKRs, resourcing, and managing risks and dependencies for moderately complex programs. Develop detailed project plans that break down initiatives into discrete phases, align with stakeholder needs, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively address program constraints. Anticipate and manage change requirements, independently developing and executing change management rollout plans, monitoring progress, and resolving misalignments. Build trusted relationships with senior program stakeholders to enable effective decision-making, resolve prioritization conflicts, and proactively manage program escalations. Determine and collect necessary data for program governance, driving stakeholder decision-making, maintaining project trackers, and providing status reports. Identify and execute program tasks, proactively managing dependencies while upholding high standards of product quality, user trust, and ethical practices. Create automated processes to enhance program velocity and monitoring, and define robust program governance structures for mitigations, postmortems, and escalation reporting. What You’ll Bring
Demonstrated proficiency in Program Management, with a strong focus on compliance-related programs. Proven skill in Continuous Improvement methodologies to enhance compliance processes and protocols. Strong proficiency in Communications Management, ensuring clear and consistent messaging on compliance requirements and program progress. Advanced compliance knowledge in frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC1/2/3, and other relevant standards. Proficiency in Portfolio Management (PgM/TPM) and Team Management. Expertise in Managing Organizational Change (PgM/TPM). Strong Planning (PgM/TPM) and Stakeholder Management (PgM/TPM) capabilities. Demonstrated ability in Execution and Governance (PgM/TPM).
