Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic
Physician Recruiter
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
THIS POSITION IS IN OFFICE, THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION
Monday – Thursday 8:30am to 4:30pm, Friday 8:30am to 1pm
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing healthcare professionals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
Utilize CRM/ATS systems to manage candidate pipelines and client interactions.
Ensure a seamless and professional recruitment process for both clients and candidates.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving goals.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Computer literate and able to quickly learn new systems and tools.
Experience with CRM or ATS systems is preferred (Crelate experience is a plus).
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
