If so, we're looking for a Senior Arts Director to join our small-but-mighty creative team and help shape the future of our brand.

What You'll Do As a Senior Arts Director, you'll lead the creation of compelling visual content across print, digital, and video platforms. You'll own the full design lifecycle - from concept to launch - and collaborate across teams to elevate brand consistency, user experience, and campaign impact.
Develop and execute multimedia campaigns that align with brand and UI standards
Design and produce assets for internal and external promotions, including editing and post-production
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to support UI enhancements
Present design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
Participate in agile workflows including stand-ups and sprint planning
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed
Scout locations, select music/talent, and manage production plans for video projects
What You'll Bring
4-6 years of hands‑on design experience with increasing ownership and complexity
Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia, or related field
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects)
Proficiency in UI tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Strong video editing, animation, wireframing, and prototyping skills
Experience working in SCRUM or agile environments
Strategic design judgment and a user‑first mindset
Confident communicator who collaborates across levels and disciplines
Detail‑oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast‑paced, all‑hands‑on‑deck culture
Open to feedback and team‑driven ideation
Special Role Requirements
This position is 100% on‑site in Albany, NY and Springfield, MO
Occasional travel will be necessary
No direct reports, but may lead multimedia projects and coordinate with external vendors
Must be comfortable presenting to stakeholders and working cross‑functionally with developers, marketers, and designers
Salary range is $63,600 to $112,800
