Responsibilities
Promotes the dual‑credit program and assists with application processes; sends partnership interest queries to local and surrounding school districts.
Develops and maintains relationships with high‑school campus administrators and counselors to ensure students meet admissions requirements.
Assists with orientation for dual‑credit students, coordinating collaboration with other staff to explain eligibility and resources.
Operates educational outreach: organizes informational sessions, workshops, and events to raise community awareness.
Coordinates enrollment in dual‑credit classes with high‑school counselors.
Transmits and maintains accurate records of dual‑credit documents in the university CRM, following records‑management procedures.
Mediates inquiries via the shared dual‑credit email inbox and ensures timely responses.
Meets work schedule and attends required training and conferences; works evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Maintains confidentiality of student records in compliance with FERPA.
Adheres to safety policies and protects personal and campus security.
Qualifications
Required:
High‑school graduation plus some college coursework; three years of experience in dual‑credit, enrollment management, or related customer‑service environment.
Basic understanding of university operations and dual‑credit processes.
Knowledge of college admissions guidelines and higher‑education procedures relating to dual credit.
Proficient with PC operation and software programs (Banner, Imaging, Microsoft Office, etc.).
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
Capacity to work under stress, maintain professionalism, and work long hours when required.
Must be able to use a computer for extended periods.
Availability for weekend work and occasional overnight travel.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Direct experience at a university in financial assistance, admissions, records, or cashier positions; experience with dual‑credit high schools or programs.
Driving ability and willingness to travel as needed.
Public speaking experience.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
