Marketing, Social Media & Graphic Design Coordinator
to elevate our company’s brand presence and support our agents’ individual marketing efforts. This role plays a key part in driving both agent success and company‑wide visibility through strategic social media, innovative content creation, and consistent branding. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership and agents to create dynamic marketing materials, manage social media platforms, and ensure the company’s brand is consistently represented across all channels.

Key Responsibilities Company‑Level Marketing
Develop and execute marketing strategies that promote the brokerage’s brand, recruiting initiatives, events, and community involvement.
Manage all company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) with consistent posting, storytelling, and engagement.
Create and maintain a content calendar to highlight agent achievements, office culture, listings, and recruiting messages.
Design marketing assets for company campaigns, internal programs (e.g., training, events, Blueprint 2025, YPN), and external advertising.
Assist in planning and promoting company events, sponsorships, and community partnerships.
Monitor analytics and performance to refine marketing strategies.
Assist in developing recruiting and retention materials that highlight agent value and company culture.
Agent‑Facing Support
Support agents with branded marketing materials, listing templates, and customized social content.
Provide one‑on‑one and group marketing guidance for agents (social media tips, Canva tutorials, brand best practices, etc.).
Create agent success stories and spotlight features for company platforms.
Coordinate listing marketing (flyers, social media posts, open house promotions, signage requests, etc.).
Graphic Design & Content Creation
Design visually appealing print and digital materials, including listing flyers, postcards, social graphics, and advertising.
Maintain brand consistency across all offices, agent materials, and communication platforms.
Collaborate with leadership on marketing campaigns for recruiting, growth, and training programs.
Edit short‑form videos and reels using tools like Canva, CapCut, etc.
Qualifications
Experience in marketing, social media management, or graphic design (real estate industry preferred).
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Meta Business Suite.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics.
Excellent design skills with an eye for detail and brand voice.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Highly collaborative, organized, and proactive.
Bonus Skills
Experience with real estate marketing platforms (Xpressdocs, MoxiWorks, etc.).
Photography and/or videography experience.
Knowledge of CRM systems and email marketing tools.
Understanding of recruiting and retention marketing in the real estate industry.
