MindUP Professional Learning Coaches (Trainers) — Millennium Enterprise Corporation MindUP Professional Learning Coaches embody joy, positivity, and kindness—bringing enthusiasm for children’s health and wellness, strong communication skills, and an upbeat personality that inspires mental fitness and happiness in every child we serve. You will deliver high-quality professional development, workshops, and coaching to educators, school leaders, and parents. They support districts and schools through technical assistance, guidance, and practical implementation of MindUP practices. Key Responsibilities Professional Learning & Training Deliver MindUP workshops, trainings, and coaching sessions for teachers, administrators, and school staff.

Support teachers in implementing MindUP practices effectively in their classrooms.

Provide differentiated professional learning tailored to school and district needs.

Coaching & Technical Assistance Offer ongoing guidance and coaching to schools and educators, including classroom observations, feedback, and follow-up support.

Collaborate with school leaders to integrate MindUP practices into school experiences for students and educators.

Curriculum & Resource Support Assist educators in navigating MindUP resources, including Brain Buddies, micro-lessons, and other tools.

Share best practices and success stories to encourage engagement and adoption.

Collaboration & Feedback Work closely with the Professional Learning & School Relationship Manager to identify gaps and provide input on future training improvements.

Collect feedback from participants to assess training effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.

Qualifications Experience in education, professional learning, or instructional coaching (preferred: PreK–12).

Knowledge of MindUp.

Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills.

Ability to travel to schools and conduct in-person or virtual sessions as needed.
