Base pay range $22.00/hr - $30.00/hr
Position Summary What you'll do: Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; guiding and supporting members regarding self-service technology; assisting members with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues and concerns; and promoting the company\'s products and services. Assists management with supervision of associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training on processes and procedures, and providing direction on member service approaches to ensure issues are resolved according to company guidelines. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports the Open Door Policy; participates in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates. Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise from distribution centers and vendors; organizes and maintains the sales floor and completes required documentation. Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift and hazardous materials procedures, and reporting unsafe situations. Maintains merchandise presentation, handles claims and returns, stocks and arranges merchandise, sets up product displays, and prices items according to policy. Monitors product quality, including rotation, dating, recalls, sanitation, and storing in appropriate areas. Leads and participates in teams to meet business priorities and timelines. Oversees picking and staging of club pickup orders. Develops and implements processes to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners. Demonstrates compliance with company ethics and integrity standards and supports Open Door Policy.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

The hourly wage range for this position is $22.00 to $30.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
