Responsibilities
Monitor staff performance.
Plan and organize daily operations.
Set staff work schedules.
Supervise staff.
Train staff.
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
Conduct performance reviews.
Organize and maintain inventory.
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
Address customers' complaints or concerns.
Qualifications
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience: 1–6 months in a restaurant or related field.
Personal suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliable, team player, ability to multitask.
Work Setting Restaurant
Supervision 5–10 people.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
Fast-paced environment.
Work under pressure.
Attention to detail.
Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
