Responsibilities
Responsible for executing all aspects of MABI portfolio brand plans in the assigned market. Implement wholesaler plans, execute distributor incentive programs, and ensure key account execution. Market area(s) will be defined and comprised of one or more distributors. In-market work: 4.5 days per week with DM level influencers at distributors. Execute all aspects of the sales plan with wholesaler network. Execute brand plans and programming by working with District Manager level influencers at their distributors. Track and report market conditions through Salesforce and PowerBI. Provide weekly retail/market recap and manager feedback on market performance using Salesforce and PowerBI. Collaborate with teammates in the field to share best practices and coordinate in-market execution/activation drives against key market/account initiatives, new item launches, and distribution drives. Manage brand execution at the market level, including pricing, shelf placement, cold box placement, displays, draft and bottle placement. Monitor competitive trends and report relevant developments. Review personal performance monthly to identify growth opportunities. Demonstrate the MABI Way to sell and embody the MABI culture in daily work. Manage own operating and travel expenses within company guidelines. Monthly focus includes ensuring retail execution, surveying key wholesaler influencers, evaluating distribution, display, and ad feature execution; and completing administrative requirements.
Qualifications
Experience:
0 to 2 years Experience Description: Candidate must exhibit a high sense of urgency, be well organized, have a positive attitude, be a team player, and build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Motivated by the opportunity to work for the leading Flavored Malt Beverage company in the US and willing to invest significant time and energy into their career. Mobility is mandatory as high performers may be relocated for new opportunities. 1-2+ years’ experience working with wholesalers in beverage category or CPG (preferred). Skills: Strong analytical and math skills for budgeting and analysis. Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel) with ability to develop and present. Ability to travel as necessary. Compensation
