Customer Account Specialist
is a full-time, onsite position with a leading organization in the logistics and supply chain space. The role focuses on high‑volume order entry, data accuracy, and customer communication.

Coppell, TX
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Contract‑to‑Hire
Compensation:
$20 / Hour

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound communication with customers via phone, email, fax, or online chat.
Enter orders into internal systems with high speed and accuracy.
Track and manage order status, product availability, pricing inquiries, returns, and backorders.
Document customer interactions and actions clearly and thoroughly.
Collaborate with internal departments, including warehouse and inventory, to resolve shipment discrepancies and prioritize urgent orders.
Work directly with clients on allocations and backorder releases.
Meet individual performance metrics related to accuracy, call handling time, and attendance.
Escalate complex customer concerns or delays to appropriate team members.
Resolve product issues and customer complaints with professionalism and problem‑solving.
Assist with returns and exchanges as needed.
Qualifications
1–2 years of customer service experience focused on order entry and data entry.
Prior experience in a logistics, distribution, or warehouse environment preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
