Average weekly pay: $4,875 75% of load pay Average weekly miles: 2,400 Additional pay as it applies:
Detention pay Layover pay Stop pay
Bonuses:
Referral bonus: $750 paid in 3 installments over the new driver’s first 90 days Clean inspection bonus: $150 Monthly safety bonus awarded to safest driver: $250

Run under Coolmore Truck Lines authority No forced dispatch Flatbed trailers available Plate program including IFTA available Insurance: physical damage, bobtail, cargo, liability Fair insurance rates based on value of truck Samsara ELD, including installation and maintenance: $13 weekly Fuel and tire discounts with various vendors Company provided fuel card Passenger program Pet friendly Home Time, Route, & Schedule
Home Time: Home weekends & home at least once during the week Schedule: Leave out Sunday or Monday and home Friday Route: Anywhere within a 600 mile radius of Memphis, TN Level of Touch: Strapping, tarping, & chaining Equipment
No truck age requirement Must pass a DOT inspection at our approved vendor Coolmore will cover the cost of this initial inspection Qualifications
Must be at least 23 years of age Must have CDL A license Must have a minimum of 2 years recent verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience No DUI/DWIs in the past 5 years Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 150 miles of Memphis, TN or be willing to relocate for this position
