Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator
to join our team. The role involves outside sales, meeting new people, and performing home evaluations as part of pest control services. Responsibilities
Wake up excited to meet new clients and work on prospective business deals every day. Keep appointments as scheduled and perform prompt follow-up. Build rapport with potential residential customers through effective networking. Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on pest control options. Perform home evaluations, which may involve crawling into tight spaces such as attics, and assess the damage. Use the sales process to offer solutions, recommend appropriate services, and explain benefits honestly, clearly, and accurately. Be successful in this position by following and applying the trained sales process. Enjoy meeting new people, working at new locations, and handling days that vary in pace. Maintain a professional and positive attitude to ensure success with inspections and gaining new customers. Qualifications
Valid driver's license Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions Customer service experience Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling services Basic math skills Benefits / Compensation
