Responsibilities

Analyze complex sales data to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities across regions, services, and industries.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor sales performance, pipeline health, conversion rates, sales cycle velocity, etc.

Design and implement advanced forecasting models using historical performance, market trends, and economic indicators to support strategic planning and revenue growth.

Create and evaluate "what-if" scenarios to assess potential outcomes of strategic decisions and market variables.

Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to inform high‑level business decisions, strategy development, and goal‑setting.

Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across analytics and reporting.

Support fiscal year planning through goal modeling and performance forecasting.

Provide support for New Business Development (NBD) budgeting, tracking, and reporting.

Perform ad‑hoc analysis and special projects as required by leadership.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in analytics, forecasting, or sales operations

Proven expertise in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and forecasting techniques.

Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills.

Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes and operations.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non‑technical stakeholders.

Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM reporting tools.

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, modeling).

Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Experience working in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.

Ability to work in a remote or hybrid environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.

The compensation range for this role is $67,060 to $127,120. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
