The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is a functional role put in place to drive the day‑to‑day and ongoing sales activities of TSM’s and other sales related activity in the Region, with the objective of reaching and exceeding the set Monthly Order Intake Objectives. The RSM reports directly to the Regional VP and functionally to the VP of Sales and is responsible for leading the region’s sales and marketing efforts within the North Market Districts and branches. This position will be a key member of our sales and marketing leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of organic sales growth and marketing experience in a B2B industrial environment. We need a strong, self‑driven, collaborative leader to join the team and help shape our future. We are looking for a sales and marketing leader with high energy, engaging personality, competitive spirit, insatiable desire to win, and a collaborative approach to teamwork. Starting Salary: $140,000 plus bonus Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Role & Responsibilities

Implement plans to meet sales targets, service, and new crane opportunities in alignment with Crane 1 strategies and policies. Build and maintain long‑lasting, strong customer relationships and partner with them to better understand business objectives and needs. Build coalition across District and Branch teams to ensure optimal selling and service solutions and alignment with local branch business plans. Work directly and collaboratively with the Regional VP to drive mutual success across the region. Understand and share industry‑specific trends and landscapes with the team and management. Communicate our value proposition to customers, team members, and stakeholders. Establish a network of key account prospects and engage national accounts across regions. Develop and mentor local sales resources in sales follow‑up, calls, closing techniques, and presentation skills. Ride with TSMs quarterly to assess skills, train, and visit customers and prospects. Develop, collect, and report sales activity in our CRM tool and teach the TSMs how to leverage the CRM and associated tools. Join industry related organizations to build external networks and spread Crane 1 Brand across the marketplace. Lead renewal of all regional key account agreements with support from VP of Sales and Marketing and VP of Operations. Become a valued sales partner with key customers by providing unsurpassed customer experience across all steps in the selling process. Identify, with sales and marketing leadership, unmet customer needs and opportunities that will generate additional sales. Proactively use performance management in setting and measuring clear business objectives. Contribute to sales and operations tasks through personal visits to key accounts and direct involvement in management of critical projects. Direct, lead, and manage regional sales and work with Operations Manager, accounting, and other profit centers to maximize overall market potential and profit contributions for Crane 1. Requirements

Minimum 5 years territory sales experience, preferably in an industrial segment. Minimum 3 years direct sales management experience and at least 3 years managing teams. 75%+ travel and overnight stays. Competitive nature to meet and exceed sales goals. Strong communication skills and successful outside sales, sales management or management experience with proven planning, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills. Business planning, sales analytics, strong financial acumen and profitability analysis skills. CRM system knowledge (e.g., Sales Pro, Salesforce.com, pipeline management). Ability
