About the Role As our
Operations Manager , you will oversee the full lifecycle of our DME, Orthotics, and Prosthetics operations — from intake and delivery to billing and client relations. You’ll serve as the bridge between leadership, vendors, referral sources, and patients — driving productivity, compliance, and service excellence across all departments.
Lead daily DMEPOS operations: intake, fulfillment, delivery, and billing
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, vendors, and payers
Ensure patient satisfaction, compliance, and quality outcomes
Oversee inventory, expenses, and financial performance
Lead and mentor cross‑functional teams to meet KPIs and business goals
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field ( Master’s preferred )
5+ years of experience
in DME, Orthotics, or Prosthetics operations management
Strong knowledge of
HCPCS, documentation, prior authorizations, and reimbursement
Familiar with
CMS, HIPAA, OSHA , and healthcare compliance standards
Proven leadership, analytical, and vendor management skills
Salary Range:
$55,000 – $65,000 USD (based on experience)
Paid Time Off (PTO)
