About The Role In the role of Move Manager, you will provide end-to-end project management for large office group moves across a South San Francisco campus. This role will support both Campus & Scenario Planning (CSP) and Moves, Adds, Changes (MAC) functions.

With CSP: Translate occupancy and adjacency plans into actionable move projects.

With MAC: Coordinate and deliver large-scale office relocations, ensuring smooth execution with minimal disruption.

This position plays a key role in supporting the 2026 Campus Re‑Stack and other workplace initiatives.

Responsibilities Group Move Planning

Translate occupancy and adjacency plans into detailed group move projects.

Partner with client representatives to validate requirements, timing, and readiness.

Develop group move scenarios that align with broader restack and occupancy strategies.

Provide input into executive‑level presentations on move execution progress and impacts.

Maintain accurate move and occupancy data in CAFM systems (Archibus or equivalent).

Group Move Implementation

Serve as SPOC for MAC Manager and Planning team leads for office group moves (10+ people).

Partner with internal teams on all move packages including move lists, seating charts, timelines, and destination maps.

Coordinate with internal partners (Campus Services, IT, Telecom, Security, EH&S) and external vendors (moving companies, furniture installers, decommissioning partners).

Support client communications to ensure move readiness and minimize disruption.

Work with stakeholders on the preparation of move orientation meeting decks.

Provide on‑site presence during move execution to troubleshoot issues and confirm successful completion.

Track move progress, elevate issues as needed, and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in Move Coordination, Facility Planning, Project Management, or Space & Occupancy Planning.

Strong ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask effectively and adapt to shifting deadlines and priorities.

Highly organized, independent, self‑motivated, and flexible with strong attention to detail.

Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive internal and external relationships.

Proficient in Google Suite, com, and CAFM/ARCHIBUS.

This is a limited‑term assignment aligned with a Re‑Stack project expected to run through Q1 2027 with the potential for extension.
