Key Responsibilities
Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
Understand clients’ needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized strategies.
Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality client experience in line with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase effectiveness and results.
Create a highly engaging branch environment based on trust, respect, feedback and accountability.

Skills / Requirements Candidates should have at least one of the four qualifications listed:
A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred or equivalent work-related experience within the securities/financial services industry
Financial services and/or sales experience
Financial services registration, licensing, or certification
Professional and/or military career progression
Licensing
SIE (which can be obtained without firm sponsorship), Series 7 and Series 66 required; if not currently registered, registrations may be obtained during the paid study period.
FINRA registrations required within three months. State insurance licenses will be required.
As an associate, you are required to complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, as well as required CE training to keep licenses in good standing.

Benefits:
Edward Jones’ compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits, disability income continuation, basic life and AD&D coverage, 401k, and tax-advantaged accounts. Eligible associates may receive paid sick leave, paid time off, bonuses, profit sharing, and travel awards. All associates may participate in the firm’s Employee Assistance Program. Compensation:
The compensation program supports and rewards the development of skills and business practices in our client-first model. It includes trainee pay, a supplemental salary for up to five years, commissions, and compensation for new assets gathered in the first five years. Supplemental starting salary range: $45,000 – $100,000.
Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with applicable laws. Edward Jones may conduct background reviews consistent with regulatory requirements.
