Your Mission
Lead and grow our global sales organization
Close strategic, high‑value supply agreements with top‑tier customers
Define pricing and sales strategies aligned with our production roadmap
Benchmark market trends and competition to guide portfolio decisions
Collaborate cross‑functionally with production, procurement, and marketing teams
Build and manage sales tools and reporting systems
Drive customer engagement from pre‑sales to post‑sales fulfillment
Build a high‑performing team to execute long‑term supply agreements
Provide clear, data‑driven insights to senior leadership
What You Bring
15+ years of commercial experience in EV, battery cell manufacturing, or battery materials
Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Economics or Business; executive education in sales/strategy is a plus
Cultural affinity and awareness
Fluent in English; Korean and Japanese are strong assets
Proven track record in B2B sales with battery cell makers and OEMs
Deep understanding of battery systems (liquid and solid‑state)
Experience in leading senior managers in multicultural, international environments
Strong leadership, analytical mindset, and a collaborative spirit
Proven network with C‑level of battery cell makers and OEM’s
