General responsibilities inlclude:
General bar preparation and maintenance. Preparing and setting up proper garnish Preparing ingredients for batched cocktails Perform bar/restaurant opening and closing duties Know/learn the bar's menu, including seasonal craft cocktail menu, and special offerings. Engage customers, make recommendations, and create a welcoming atmosphere. Creativity in crafting new and innovative cocktails. Willingness to contribute to the development of new drink recipes and seasonal offerings. Qualifications: Proven experience as a bartender, preferably with a focus on craft cocktails. Strong knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, especially classic cocktails and including craft spirits and local ingredients. Proficient in cocktail preparation, mixology, and presentation Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Strong communication skills to interact with patrons and team members. Ability to handle multiple orders and prioritize tasks in a high-paced environment. Well-organized and capable of maintaining a clean and tidy bar area.
