Job Description

We're looking for a hands-on, mechanically skilled specialist to support our plastic manufacturing operations. This role focuses on installing and maintaining production hardware and managing inventory of tools and components.

Location: Haverhill, MA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm (1st Shift)

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Install, assemble, and maintain production hardware per blueprints and technical drawings
• Track and organize inventory of tools, hardware, and machine parts
• Reorder supplies and conduct cycle counts to maintain accuracy
• Collaborate with production and purchasing teams to keep operations running smoothly
• Maintain records, follow safety procedures, and identify opportunities for improvement

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED (technical/trade certification a plus)
• 2+ years of hardware installation, mechanical assembly, or inventory control experience
• Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics
• Strong mechanical aptitude, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office, inventory software)
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work on your feet
