Overview HR Analyst role at Acrisure. We are a global fintech leader providing solutions across insurance, reinsurance, payroll, benefits, cybersecurity, mortgage services, and more. The role partners with the HR Project Management and HR Data Analytics teams to support divisional data analyses and provide regular reporting for employment and HR-related projects and activities.
Responsibilities Data Management and Reporting: Report data analysis findings to stakeholders, collect and audit HR data from sources including HRIS, act as a data liaison with the HR Data Analytics team, support projects to update HR data elements, inform accurate, repeatable, and scalable reports, and investigate data questions with timely responses.
Project Coordination: Serve as the flexible HR project resource, coordinate and track project activities, organize meetings and events, monitor tasks, identify and manage issues and risks, maintain project documentation, and contribute to best practices for project management.
Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating HR programs or projects and/or HR Analytics with foundational understanding of people data.
2+ years of experience with HR systems (ideally Workday).
Proficiency in Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.).
Ability to work with business and project stakeholders and coordinate efforts across multiple stakeholders.
Excellent time management, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification.
Additional Information Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership. The base compensation range is $60,000 - $81,000, with placement based on skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
