This position is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Executive Director, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and facilitating effective communication within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Executive Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare and organize meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up tasks.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage logistics for business trips and events.
- Maintain confidential records and ensure the privacy and security of sensitive information.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Executive Director.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
- High level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
