What You'll Do:
- Be the right hand to school leadership, providing high-level organizational and administrative support that keeps our educational mission moving forward
- Exercise your judgment and initiative to solve problems and support decisions that impact our entire school community
- Master multiple priorities with grace, from managing complex schedules to coordinating important communications
- Serve as a key contributor to the efficiency and success of our school. Your work directly enables great things to happen for our students
- You're a pro with technology-word processing, spreadsheets, and office software are second nature to you
- Your fingers fly across the keyboard (65+ wpm), and accuracy is your trademark
- You bring proven secretarial experience and understand what it takes to support a busy office
- You're resourceful, proactive, and know how to anticipate needs before they arise
- Bonus points: Public school experience and Spanish language skills highly valued!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated secretarial experience
- Assessment tests (software & clerical skills) required
