Overview Restaurant Supervisor, Atlanta Airport at Delaware North Delaware North Travel is seeking full-time Restaurant Supervisors to join our team at Atlanta Airport in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will lead hourly staff in the daily performance of their duties and effectively prioritize multiple tasks to ensure excellent guest service. What will you do? Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members, ensuring the venue is adequately stocked with products and supplies and that all departmental and organizational policies and procedures are followed Assign duties to team members on shift and perform some service tasks Assist managers in team member training and compliance Investigate and resolve service complaints, review procedures in operational areas needing attention, and assist in managing staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volume Greet guests positively and monitor guests’ and team members’ needs within your assigned area What we offer Weekly pay Employee assistance program Training and development opportunities Employee discounts Flexible work schedules Eligible team members may also receive health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation days and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, and tuition and/or professional certification reimbursement. Pay $19.50 per hour Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Experience working in a restaurant; beneficial to have two years’ supervisory experience Self-motivated, well-organized, and strong guest service abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customer relations abilities No college degree required Physical requirements Must be able to carry up to 35 lbs Standing, walking, bending for the duration of the shift; occasionally pushing and pulling to move equipment, mops, and brooms Shift details Days: Evenings M-F Holidays Weekends Who we are Providing hospitality services since 2012, Delaware North provides hospitality services at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
