Requirements 3+ years of experience in leadership OR recruiting, OR a strong background in a particular niche or industry. Prior experience with interviewing AND/OR business development/sales preferred. A self-driven mindset, results-oriented mentality, and highly motivated. The ability to work independently with strong support and tools and without micromanagement. The financial ability to support themselves during the training and ramp-up period of 3 to 4 months.
