This flagship facility—located just an hour south of Louisville, KY—is seeking a strategic and experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead plant operations and drive performance across engineering, maintenance, quality, assembly, and paint lines. Why You’ll Want This Role Stable, Financially Sound Employer High-Impact Role in a Complex, High-Volume Operation Clear Growth Path into Senior Leadership What You’ll Be Doing Operational Leadership Lead operations across injection molding, assembly, paint lines, maintenance, quality, and engineering. Drive productivity, operational efficiency, and cross-departmental collaboration. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Team & People Management Direct and develop a team of supervisors and leads. Maintain high levels of employee engagement, retention, and performance. Oversee workforce planning, training, and development initiatives. Production & Process Optimization Monitor production KPIs and resolve bottlenecks proactively. Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S practices to streamline operations. Collaborate on product launches and process enhancements. Quality, Safety & Compliance Enforce strict adherence to OSHA, environmental, and customer quality standards. Partner with QA to address non-conformances, customer feedback, and corrective actions. Strategic Planning & Growth Contribute to annual budgeting and capital planning. Support long-term facility improvements and strategic initiatives. Collaborate with executive leadership on site-level growth plans. What You Bring to the Table 7+ years in manufacturing leadership, preferably in injection molding or automotive . Proven ability to lead large-scale teams and manage complex operations. Expertise in Lean manufacturing, KPI tracking, and process optimization. Strong communicator and motivator with a track record of team development. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred.
