This flagship facility—located just an hour south of Louisville, KY—is seeking a strategic and experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead plant operations and drive performance across engineering, maintenance, quality, assembly, and paint lines. Drive productivity, operational efficiency, and cross-departmental collaboration. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Team & People Management Direct and develop a team of supervisors and leads. Maintain high levels of employee engagement, retention, and performance. Oversee workforce planning, training, and development initiatives. Production & Process Optimization Monitor production KPIs and resolve bottlenecks proactively. Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S practices to streamline operations. Collaborate on product launches and process enhancements. Quality, Safety & Compliance Enforce strict adherence to OSHA, environmental, and customer quality standards. Partner with QA to address non-conformances, customer feedback, and corrective actions. Strategic Planning & Growth Contribute to annual budgeting and capital planning. Support long-term facility improvements and strategic initiatives. Collaborate with executive leadership on site-level growth plans. What You Bring to the Table 7+ years in manufacturing leadership, preferably in injection molding or automotive . Proven ability to lead large-scale teams and manage complex operations. Expertise in Lean manufacturing, KPI tracking, and process optimization. Strong communicator and motivator with a track record of team development. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred.
