The Regional Sales & Execution Manager, West will drive, lead, and manage the execution arm of La Colombe across the West region. In this role, the Sr Manager will ensure La Colombe is top of mind with regional and independent accounts, KDP distribution teams, and the ISO & PASO distribution markets. They will connect commercial driven priorities with local opportunities to deliver La Colombe's business goals through effective communication, disciplined tracking and KPI driven strategies, and coaching the team members to effectively and efficiently execute Regional Sales KPIs.
The responsibilities of this position include: *
Build regional and territory sales plans to drive execution and meet sales targets *
Partner with the KDP distribution network to ensure execution in-store of La Colombe RTD Coffee for Regional and National customers *
Influence and partner with ISO & PASO distribution networks to optimize sales and execution targets, drive timely planogram compliance and increase promotional program execution *
Develop a team that acts as La Colombe brand ambassadors in the field educating both local and regional KDP and IPSO teams while holding them accountable to key performance metrics *
Ensure wiring is complete between KDP network and retailer. This includes product availability by item, void closures, order frequency, and service levels *
Execute our sales and merchandising strategy to achieve sales plan, incremental display, and market share objectives *
Participate & support in marketing, sales, and educational events that lead to growth and brand awareness in the region/territory *
Execute regional retail programs designed to achieve incremental profitable sales volume, merchandising impact, and optimize distribution *
Lead and support the team in driving distribution & share growth through shelving, new item, void closure and reset activity *
Work collaboratively with HQ Brand Sales Team and Commercial Team to drive sustainable solutions for sales and brand performance opportunities *
Recognize retail trends and steward back to the internal and external clients, in order to influence strategy and development of the initiatives *
Willingness to travel 50% of the time or as needed to ensure the distribution network is successful
The requirements of this position include: *
Bachelor's degree required *
5+ years of CPG experience, or combined experience of demonstrated ability and high level performance across sales operations, influence management, and managing direct reports to specific KPIs *
Strong selling skillset and ability to influence at customer level and internally *
Previous people management experience *
Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently within a large market and multitask across a geographical area *
Effective time-management & scheduling skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously *
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to effectively convey markets insights & conditions back to management *
Ability to think, formulate & present alternative ways to go to business in respective markets *
Must have a personal vehicle and excellent driving record for use during work hours *
Willingness to travel 50% of the time or as needed to ensure the distribution network is successful About Us

Compensation Range: $88,000.00-$132,000.00, plus bonus.
