Our esteemed law firm is seeking an experienced Permanent Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team. We specialize in a variety of legal areas, with a particular focus on construction litigation. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile cases, providing strategic legal counsel and representation to our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned civil litigator with a minimum of 5 years of experience, well-versed in Massachusetts laws and regulations, and possess a strong passion for litigation, legal research, and writing.

Responsibilities: Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients involved in complex civil litigation matters, with a primary focus on construction litigation. Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and legal proceedings. Prepare and draft various legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, appeals, contracts, and other necessary legal documents. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitration hearings. Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve desired outcomes for clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Massachusetts laws, court decisions, and other developments in the legal field. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure the efficient and effective handling of cases. Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Qualifications: Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Massachusetts Bar. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a civil litigator, with a focus on construction litigation. Proven track record of managing a large caseload and meeting deadlines. Exceptional legal research and writing skills. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to provide sound legal advice and representation in complex litigation matters. Proficient in using legal research software and other relevant computer applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
