Job Details
Represent public agencies in state and federal litigation involving constitutional claims, torts, land use, environmental issues, and other complex matters Draft and argue motions, attend court hearings, and participate in depositions, mediations, and trials Provide strategic counsel to public clients on risk management and litigation strategy Work closely with city attorneys, general counsel, and agency boards
