LPN: Rehabilitation

Hours: 36 hours
Start: ASAP (Flexible)
Shift: 6:45p-7:15a
Length: 13 weeks
Notes: Every other weekend required to work.
Requirements: Resume,Requested Time Off, Earliest Start Date. Must have Med-Surg, LTAC or Acute experience.
Under the supervision of a registered nurse, the licensedvocational/practical nurse medical surgical assumes responsibility andaccountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery ofpatient care. Consistently performsaccording to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care andassisting others in the management of patient care.
Minimum Requirements
Current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse License in statepracticing Current CPR if applicable TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation) Must meet all federal, state and local requirements Must be at least 18 years of age
