Job Summary We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized
Install Coordinator
to manage the successful execution of new account openings and installations. In this role, you’ll oversee every aspect of the installation process—from client communication and scheduling to cross-department coordination—to deliver a seamless and efficient experience for our customers. If you’re a strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced, operation-driven environments and enjoys seeing projects through from start to finish, we’d love to have you on our team. Key Responsibilites Serve as the
primary point of contact
for clients during the installation process, providing clear and timely updates on equipment requests, installation progress, and issue resolution. Coordinate and oversee
the installation team on-site to ensure technicians arrive on time, complete tasks efficiently, and meet quality standards. Work with the
Operations Manager
to schedule installations, align staffing, and confirm equipment and smallware availability. Maintain
accurate client-specific price books
and manage equipment orders in line with project requirements. Oversee
equipment inventory , ensuring assets are properly tracked, maintained, and optimized across locations. Conduct
post-install reviews
with the Operations Manager to evaluate performance, timeliness, and client satisfaction. Collaborate across departments , including Sales and Operations, to align project timelines, resource planning, and customer expectations. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in
project coordination, operations, logistics, or client services
(preferably in an installation, facilities, or service environment). Strong
communication and organizational skills , with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and maintain professionalism under pressure. Experience with
equipment or inventory management
is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
