Data Analyst

Location: Elk Grove, IL

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 per year

What You'll Do

As a Data Analyst, you’ll advance enterprise-wide reporting and analytics, supporting teams across our client and their external partners. You’ll develop automated, accurate, and timely data solutions that drive insight and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using SSRS, Power BI, and T-SQL.
• Manage and deliver multiple reporting projects across business functions.
• Identify trends and provide insights to improve operations and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to anticipate reporting needs.
• Ensure data quality, compliance with HIPAA/HITECH, and adherence to best practices.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years in data analysis or reporting within healthcare, pharmacy, or pharma environments.
• Expertise with SSRS, T-SQL, Power BI, Snowflake, and Excel.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and visualization skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
