Merchandiser – What Does The Role Do?

Ensure all Swire Coca-Cola customer locations are properly stocked and rotated according to company standards and expectations. Guarantee customer satisfaction through maintenance of back rooms, beverage sections, displays and coolers.

Job Details

Schedule: Full Time, 5am start, 4 days a week, 10‑hour days (varied days off). Weekends and holidays required.

Pay: $22.25/hr.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technology and applications as required throughout the day.
• Clean and organize shelves and aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment.
• Restock coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward.
• Rotate products using first‑in‑first‑out stocking system.
• Build displays and promotional items in store per supervisor instructions.
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back‑stock areas safely. Prepare any unfit per sale for return daily.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license and driving record meeting Swire vehicle policy.
• Ability to use reliable vehicle to travel to stores within routes and maintain business‑use insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
