Warehouse Manager at Enagic USA, Inc. responsible for daily operations of the Plano Distribution Center, ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies.

Base pay range

$68,640.00/yr – $68,640.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Inventory System Manager to ensure sufficient inventory levels and timely ordering.
• Maintain accurate daily inventory records and conduct regular physical counts.
• Ensure proper inventory rotation, prioritizing older stock for shipment.
• Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations, prepare shipping boxes and pallets.
• Process product returns and coordinate with customer service and other departments.
• Utilize SAP and other systems to manage orders, shipping, and inventory updates.
• Upload shipping data into FedEx and UPS systems and ensure proper label printing.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment; comply with sanitation standards.
• Lead and mentor warehouse staff; demonstrate leadership skills and take on increased responsibilities during training.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse role managing hourly employees.
• Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and leadership qualities.
• Collaborative ability with all levels of company staff.
• Effective written and verbal feedback skills.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in logistics or supply chain management.
• Proficiency with SCM+ for warehouses.
• License to operate a forklift.
• Multilingual communication ability.
