Warehouse Associate

BradyPLUS is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. The role supports daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, inventory management, and facility maintenance. Safety, quality, and customer service are a commitment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull and process customer orders for delivery and shipping, including labeling and documentation.
• Receive, stock, and rotate products; participate in audits, cycle counts, and annual inventory.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts after proper training.
• Assist with warehouse facility and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management; attend department meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Abide by all safety and compliance protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
• Take personal ownership of all customer needs with speed and urgency.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred; entry‑level candidates welcome.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior forklift certification preferred, or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, pickers, or scrubbers.
• Basic computer skills to operate warehouse management systems, scanning tools, and data entry tasks.
• Basic math skills for inventory counts and measurements.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, meet deadlines, and work overtime as needed.
• Physical requirements: lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull 100 lbs; ability to walk, climb, kneel, stoop, and balance frequently.
