Benson Hyundai is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. You’ll greet visitors, manage phones, support basic cashiering, and assist with light administrative work that keeps our sales and service teams moving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk & Guest Experience:
    • Greet and assist all who arrive at the dealership in a friendly, professional manner.
    • Maintain a tidy, welcoming lobby and customer lounge.
  • Phones & Messages:
    • Answer incoming calls promptly; route to the correct department or take accurate, detailed messages.
    • Check and manage voicemail; ensure timely follow-up.
  • Cashiering & Paperwork:
    • Process customer payments (service invoices and sales down payments) accurately and securely.
    • Complete and organize necessary paperwork and receipts; balance till at end of shift as needed.
  • Clerical & Administrative Support:
    • Assist with filing, data entry, and handling customer documents.
    • Support inventory/clerical tasks (e.g., stocking in cars) and run reports as needed.
    • Prepare and handle mail/overnight packages; distribute incoming mail.
  • Department Support:
    • Assist Sales and Service with various tasks (copies, forms, scheduling support).
    • Coordinate customer transportation or provide shuttle services when needed (if approved/eligible to drive).

Qualifications

  • Previous receptionist, front-desk, retail, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Comfortable with multi-line phone systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; able to learn DMS/CRM tools.
  • Accurate cash-handling skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional communication skills—friendly, clear, and patient with customers and teammates.
  • Strong organization and time management; able to juggle walk-ins, phones, and clerical tasks.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
