Responsibilities

The Human Resources Generalist manages day‑to‑day operations and provides a wide variety of complex HR support to all levels in the organization, ensuring the comprehensive administration of HR policy and procedures. The position performs high‑level professional duties in a variety of functional core HR areas including affirmative action, acquisition projects, and legal compliance with applicable state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or closely related field.
2. PHR, SPHR or relevant HR certifications or advanced degree preferred.
3. 5‑7 years recent healthcare experience in an HR department.
4. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce a large volume of material with attention to detail.
5. Computer knowledge that includes Excel, Word, Outlook.

Pay Transparency

Paradise Valley Hospital offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, a 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many other voluntary benefit options. The estimated compensation range for this role is $26.00 to $34.99 per hour, with the exact starting rate determined at the time of hiring based on individual qualifications and experience.
