Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to club members.
• Clean and sanitize fitness equipment and studios.
• Maintain cleanliness of locker rooms, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning restrooms and deep cleaning shower areas, steam rooms, whirlpools, and saunas.
• Maintain common areas of the facility, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting fixtures, wiping down countertops, and cleaning doors and windows.
• Check and empty trash receptacles regularly.
• Maintain proper levels of towel inventories, including folding and washing laundry.
• Maintain cleanliness of office areas and ensure floors are clear of debris.

Qualifications

• Reliable, professional, energetic, entertaining, and friendly.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Reliable and prompt attendance and responsiveness to member needs.
• Self‑motivated to work independently, finish projects, and work as assigned.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more.
