Job Summary
As the Executive Chef, you will oversee all culinary functions for an account, manage a team, maintain safety and sanitation, and lead the kitchen in cost control, menu creation, inventory management, and new program development in partnership with marketing and the culinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cost controls and expenditures for the account
- Plan and develop all menus
- Purchase and manage inventory
- Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and the culinary team
Preferred Qualifications
- Culinary degree preferred
- 3–5 years of culinary management experience
- High‑volume production and catering experience essential
- Previous experience managing cost controls
- Desire to learn and grow with a top‑notch foodservice company
