Our client, a fast-growing New American hospitality concept, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead their front-of-house team, elevate their craft beverage program, and help deliver memorable experiences across their full-service restaurant, craft cocktail bar, taco truck, BBQ pit, and expansive outdoor area with fire pits, lawn games, and live music.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily front-of-house and bar operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Lead, train, and motivate a strong service and bar team.
• Oversee the craft cocktail and draft beer program for quality and consistency.
• Handle labor, scheduling, and inventory controls.
• Collaborate on weekly events and promotional activations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of restaurant / bar management experience in high-volume environments.
• Strong background in craft cocktails, beverage program execution, and bar team leadership .
• Highly organized, energetic, and guest-service focused.
• Experience managing events or weekly promotions is a plus.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
