Restaurant Manager – Carrabba's Italian Grill

Join Carrabba's Italian Grill as a Restaurant Manager and lead our team in delivering authentic Italian dining experiences. This role offers the opportunity to nurture guest relationships, oversee daily operations, and drive the restaurant’s growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily FOH/BOH operations, ensuring outstanding appearance, presentation, and customer experience.
• Lead staff scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring to maintain a high employment quality aligned with the Carrabba’s brand.
• Foster career growth for hourly team members and provide ongoing coaching.
• Implement and maintain rigorous security, operational, safety, and sanitation protocols in compliance with health inspection standards.
• Handle guest comments, build loyalty, and set the service standard for the restaurant.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu and preparation standards.
• Engage in community and market‑related opportunities to elevate the restaurant’s profile.

Minimum Requirements

• One (1) year of restaurant management experience.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Minimum age 21 years.

Preferred Requirements

• One (1) year of full‑service (including bar) restaurant management experience.
• Food safety certification.
• Willingness to relocate within the assigned region.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
