Work Structure
The Recruiting Coordinator will be based at our Waukesha, WIoffice in a hybrid capacity, with a combination of onsite & remote workdays.
Position Summary
We are looking to add a Recruiting Coordinator to our Human Resources and Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis. The Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the HR and TAfunctions, with an emphasis on interview scheduling, background checkmanagement, and onboarding activities. This position ensures a positivecandidate experience, manages recruitment and scheduling logistics, and assists with day-to-day Talent Acquisitionoperationsand administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of interview schedulingto include coordinating between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels to ensure a smooth processand positive candidate experience.
- Initiate, manageand track background check processes, ensuring timely completion and compliance withourcompany standards.
- Facilitate the onboardingprocess to include communications, orientations and coordination of new hire activities.
- Create and maintain employee files, along with performing other administrative tasks in support of Talent Acquisition.
- Participate in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics and status updates.
- Maintain applicant tracking system and recruitment documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; equivalent work experience alsoconsidered.
- 3+ years’experience intalent acquisition and/or human resources administration.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, including an ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated experience using ATS & HRIS systems; Workday and Jobvite expertise a plus.
