Your role will focus on three main priorities: Customer Satisfaction, Inventory Management, and Store Ambiance. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional, friendly service to customers as they explore their kitchen and bath needs. Welcome customers into the store, helping them assess their project requirements. Conduct showroom tours, set up kitchen and bath measurements, and discuss design concepts through personalized consultations. Make tailored purchasing recommendations to help customers realize their vision. Maintain stock levels of samples and brochures, ensuring everything is readily available. Enhance the store’s appearance by ensuring displays and showrooms are inviting and safe, fostering a conducive shopping environment.
