Conduct thorough inspections of homes, from attics to crawlspaces, to identify pest-related issues. Build trust with customers by addressing their needs and recommending practical solutions. Prioritize safety in all tasks and interact with both customers and coworkers with professionalism. Prospect for new business while following up on assigned leads with the help of our robust advertising budget. Schedule and conduct sales appointments, presenting Orkin's offerings to potential customers in their homes. Utilize an iPad for preparing sales agreements and staying organized. What We Offer: Competitive earnings and a company vehicle with a gas card after route assignment. Average first-year earnings ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, plus uncapped commission. Valid driver's license is a must. Willingness to obtain pesticide license/certification (all costs covered by the company). Ability to work independently in the field and interact positively with clients. Work Environment: You will be expected to meet physical job requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations: Safely use ladders within the specified weight capacity. Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Access crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas safely. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
