As a Kitchen and Bath Design Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers while driving sales and supporting store initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming visitors to the store. Assess customers' kitchen and bath project needs through engaging conversations. Conduct showroom tours to showcase our range of products effectively. Coordinate kitchen and bath measurements to ensure accurate project planning. Meet with customers to review design concepts and recommend purchasing options. Monitor stock levels of samples and brochures, restocking as needed to maintain availability. Enhance store appearance by ensuring that special order displays and showrooms are visually appealing and safe.
