Join our dynamic team as a Rental Sales Agent at SFO. We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to create exceptional rental experiences for our clients while maximizing sales opportunities.
Provide outstanding face-to-face customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the rental process
Expertly promote and sell our fleet of vehicles, matching customers with the perfect options for their needs
Offer and explain additional services and optional extras to enhance the rental experience
Manage and maintain our premium vehicle fleet efficiently
Process rental agreements, payments, and returns accurately and promptly
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive, solution-oriented approach
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and welcoming rental facility
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals
Adapt to changing business needs and work various shifts as required

About the department:
As a mobility service provider, our Branches & Operations division is the point of contact with our customers: whether by phone, app or directly in our SIXT branches. This means: premium service directly to the customer, advice and sales in exchange and responsibility for the rental process of our premium fleet. As part of a team, it is easier to explain our products, find the best solution for the customer and manage the day-to-day business.
