As a Kitchen and Bath Designer at Home Depot, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will revolve around three main priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Key Responsibilities: Provide prompt, friendly, and thorough service to customers as they explore their kitchen and bathroom projects. Welcome customers to the store and assess their needs for kitchen and bath design projects. Conduct engaging showroom tours to showcase our products and services. Organize kitchen and bath measurements and consultations to help customers visualize their project. Review room designs with customers and make informed purchasing recommendations. Maintain stock levels of samples and brochures to ensure availability. Regularly restock and organize product displays to create an appealing shopping environment. Ensure that the showrooms and special order displays are safe and inviting. Contribute to driving sales that support the overall goals of the department and store.
