Material Supply Planner ! In this critical role, you will leverage your expertise in SAP systems to enhance supply chain, procurement, and production scheduling operations. As a key player, you will support and maintain SAP modules such as

MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning),

and

WM (Warehouse Management) . You will ensure data accuracy, system performance, and compliance while collaborating across various teams to streamline processes. Primary Responsibilities: Manage and support the SAP modules related to Material Planning, including MM, PP, and WM. Maintain master data integrity for materials, BOMs, work centers, routings, and vendors to support seamless planning and procurement activities. Perform accurate SAP input for Government Accountable Property inventory. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues affecting material availability and inventory movement. Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, and IT teams for process improvements. Generate and validate reports regarding material status, shortages, lead times, and demand/supply alignment. Assist in configuring planning parameters such as lot sizes, reorder points, and safety stock. Ensure SAP transactions and planning processes are in accordance with company policies. Provide support for SAP testing, upgrades, and enhancements. Train users on planning-related SAP transactions and reporting features. Basic Qualifications: TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required. Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, contract management, or a related field. 4-8 years of relevant experience in supplier contract administration, procurement, or supply chain governance (or 2-6 years with a Master's degree). Strong understanding of material requirements planning (MRP) and supply chain processes. Experience with maintaining SAP master data for materials, vendors, and planning parameters. Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to troubleshoot transactional errors and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in SAP reporting tools and Microsoft Excel. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP S/4HANA or advanced planning tools such as SAP APO or IBP. Knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and production operations. Familiarity with demand forecasting, capacity planning, and lead time analysis. Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or government contracting. Understanding of compliance and audit requirements for materials and inventory data. Pay Range:

$50,700.00 - $91,650.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation.
