This position will primarily focus on the L'Oréal NYX Cosmetics account, driving the creative strategy for 360 campaigns across photo and video. About the Role As a Senior Creative Art Director at Exposure, you will lead the vision for photo, video, CGI, and design. This role merges creative innovation with strategic alignment as you transform client marketing goals into compelling visual storytelling campaigns, product launches, and ongoing content that resonates with Gen-Z audiences across multiple platforms. While a strong design background is essential, your main concentration will be on art direction for both motion and still imagery: guiding shoots from inception through post-production, coordinating with CGI and animation teams, and ensuring that all creative work is visually stunning, on-brand, and effective. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams will be vital to ensure that storytelling aligns with business objectives, all while maintaining an organized approach to manage multiple projects flawlessly in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities Direct art for seasonal campaigns, product launches, e-commerce, and continuous content, ensuring alignment with client brand identity and marketing strategies. Oversee the creative process for photo and video, including the creation of detailed art direction decks, shot lists, video storyboarding, wardrobe and prop styling, as well as guiding selects and retouching notes. Design layouts for presentations, campaign toolkits, and cross-channel creative to effectively convey concepts. Guide and communicate with CGI and animation partners to align renders, motion graphics, and visual effects with the creative vision, marketing strategy, and brand standards. Translate marketing objectives into actionable creative briefs, shoot decks, and visual references. Effectively pitch and present creative work to internal teams and clients, articulating the creative rationale clearly to secure alignment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, brand, growth, production) to ensure the creative meets both storytelling and business goals. Direct photographers, stylists, talent, and crew to produce consistent and brand-aligned imagery and video. Maintain thorough shoot decks, reference libraries, and image archives for creative consistency among internal and client teams. Provide comprehensive post-production direction, overseeing asset delivery and reviewing selects, cropping, and retouching in accordance with brand standards and social media guidelines. Balance creativity and efficiency in managing timelines, deliverables, and multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.
