Day shifts: 8:30 am 5:00 pm (8 hours)

Some evening and weekend hours required

Your Role
-
Conduct screening, assessment, and crisis intervention via telehealth and in-person
-
Determine appropriate level of care and least restrictive setting for clients
-
Provide transitional support, advocacy, and care coordination until clients begin or resume ongoing treatment

Respond to crisis calls in partnership with local law enforcement

Deliver ongoing mental health treatment for clients in intensive case management programs

Develop initial treatment plans and transition clients to long-term services
-
Maintain accurate documentation and records
